Skills

Well, what good would an art roleplay be without a decent skill system! Ours is rather simple really, but we find that we like things to be simple around here. So, here we go. When you complete literature, art, and roleplay pieces, you will earn skill points for them, which can then be applied to the Seccan(s) featured in these pieces.

To be eligible for skill points, the lit/art must show your character doing something that would add to that skill. Strength could be added after a fight, speed after a race, stamina after a long journey, or etcetera. Two Seccan’s conversing while curled up in camp wouldn’t result in skillpoints, as they’ve done nothing to earn them.

The skillpoints are as follows:
Strength: Capped at 100
Speed: Capped at 100
Stamina: Capped at 100

So then you may be asking, “How much do I get for this? For that?”  Below is an outline that should clearly explain how many skill points you will get for roleplays/art.

Art
- To receive skill points for art, the art must be colored - uncolored sketches and whatnot do not count.
- To recieve skill points for art, the art must have some sort of background.
- Art must be roleplay inspired to count for skillpoints. Random art does not count.
Headshot/Bust: 1 Skillpoint
Half Body: 2 Skillpoints
Fullbody: 3 Skillpoints
+Extra Character 0.5 Skillpoints per extra character

Literature
- When counting skillpoints received for collaborative roleplay, count only your words - not the words of your partners.
- Battle roleplays (either won or lost) can be counted for +strength skillpoints.
500+ Words: 2 Skillpoints
1500+ Words: 3 Skillpoints
2000+ Words: 4 Skillpoints
3000+ Words: 5 Skillpoints

So, art has to have words with it. You can't draw a picture intended to be the roleplay picture and so be it?
